• Responsibilities
include planning, scheduling, and coordinating. Must
have ability to work from blueprints and production
specifications. Coordinate production plans and ensure
materials are provided according to schedules. Provide
input to management and interface with production,
and engineering managers to reschedule in case of design
changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and
other potential schedule interruptions.
• Generate manufacturing work orders.

Maintain production build schedules.
•
Assist in inventory, including inventory planning, safety
stock target levels, and related capacity constraints
with the goal of reducing inventory levels to an optimal
level.
•
Release work orders in support of service requirements,
customer and other dependent/independent demands.
•
Assist with coordinating, tracking and expediting of
work orders, purchases and shipments.
•
Generate, evaluate and monitor material shortages, inventory
status, outstanding purchase orders and other associated
reports as required
•
Modify schedule dates and quantities as required using
established guidelines.
•
Monitor and maintain bills of materials. Modify to
reflect actual performance.
•
Maintain appropriate filing system to support the manufacturing,
planning and scheduling process.
•
Actively participate in physical inventory and cycle
counting efforts
•
